Pre and Post Natal

Pregnancy might seem like the ideal time to sit back and put your feet up. But unless you are experiencing complications, sitting around won’t help.

However, this must be done safely which is where I can help.

Using a variety of equipment such as free weights, resistance bands, stability balls and bodyweight, our sessions are relaxed and friendly. 

 

The goal here is to prepare your body not just for labour, but also motherhood. Then after birth (the 4th Trimester) the focus is rebuilding the core, and setting a firmer foundation for a more functional body.
