Sometimes getting started on your fitness journey is the hardest part, and that’s where I come in. Book in your free consultation and we’ll start with an informal, relaxed chat. This is your opportunity to tell me your goals and we can work together to create a plan that suits your needs.

Bespoke Workout Plans: 

Based on your initial consultation, I’ll design a specialised workout plan just for you. During your sessions we will work closely to record and review your progress, and address any difficulties. Sometimes you may find a specific exercise isn’t working for you, and that’s completely fine! As we’re working together, we can adjust your plan as we go along and make sure you can achieve your goals while keeping comfortable, and most importantly, safe.

There’s always an alternative!

What’s more, your goals may change along the way. With this in mind we'll work through each week together taking one step at a time. 

Nutritional Guidance:

What you eat plays a huge part in your fitness journey, and we’re here to help you to it right. Unsustainable fad diets and over the top restrictions can be incredibly bad for your health, and quite simply, don’t work.

Whatever your dietary needs, I can help you to ensure your mealtimes work in tandem with your workout routine, and vice versa.

 

Personal Support:

Along with training sessions and nutritional guidance, I’m here to support you both in and out of the gym. With personalised advice, motivation, fitness tips and lifestyle coaching at the end of the phone, I’m here to help you with an all-round healthy mindset. 

 

The Little Things:

No need to bring a bottle of water, we'll supply an ice cold one.
A fresh towel at each session for that little extra comfort.
